Coastal Calm is led by Alison Bristow, a Chartered Accountant and licensed Queensland Real Estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in financial, operational and property management.

After many years working as a CFO in the corporate world, as well as running a family business, Alison understands both the big picture and day to day realities of managing and growing a business.

 

Alison has also developed local relationships through owning property on Magnetic Island and driving projects while acting as Chair of the Owners' Committee.  Alison has built local relationships as a result and appreciates the complexities of managing an island property from afar.

Splitting her time between Melbourne and Magnetic Island, Alison therefore offers a personalised management and advisory service, supported by a trusted local team.
